I Dreamt of a broken stair?

I have to post this as soon as possible and I might forget some of the details. I just woke up and dreamed that I was at the office. I went into the office at an early time not the usual that I would come late. The moment that I was there, my boss asked us to pause and lead the "Angelous" and it was 9a.m. Before the prayer ended I remembered that I have forgotten to log into the biometric bondy scanner. So I went down the stair and noticed that I am on a wooden stair and the railing was not securely fastened into the floor soffit and so as the right part of the tread of the prticular stair that I am standing into. And I got to the admin office and asked if I could overide the the bondy and made me log. To cut my story short. I was worried that the broken stair would cause accident to other employees, I looked for a hammer to fasten the loose nails unto the railings and the treads. But unfortunately I wasn't able to find the tools and never got any help from our utility staff. And after that, I woke up. Now, I wanna know whats the meaning of my dream. Can anyone help me?
