Does Sims 3 crash a lot? 10 POINTS!?

It does crash a lot. It's still a great game though

I have heard some peoples sims games have crashed though mine has never crashed in the year I have had it.. i think (as above answer says) it is about ur actual software on the computer

As long as you meet the specs it shouldn't crash. I was above them and they game never crashed for me and ran smooth. It is crashing now though but luckily i figured out why. my computer was overheating so i stuck my fan in front of it and that helped tons. but as others have said certain mods conflict with each other and will cause it to crash. If it is crashing it probably is because of something with the actual computer.

I haven't had mine crash, but it depends on your system specifications.

Also, I am a huge advocate for fan mods (such as moreawesomethankyou's awesomemod) which I believe if installed correctly and without conflicts can help stabilize the game.

But of course, if you have a lot of fan mods they can conflict and make it crash if not tested correctly. Just do a little research before downloading.
