IS THE WITNESSING WORK COMPLETED?

Maybe it is.

We do know for sure that Jehovah's Day will come like a thief in the night.

No, not yet. Will we preach after Babylon falls?

What if we do, then the greatest witness to Jehovah would be given.

If we continue to preach during the great tribulation, it would certainly prove that Jehovah's name is the Greatest name in the universe.

Of course, I should do research before an answer like this. This is just my personal thought about preaching.

22 Just as in Noah’s day, Jehovah will take action. But in his justice and love, he wants the good news and the warning message to be preached first to all the nations. (Mark 13:10) In this respect Jehovah’s Witnesses have a responsibility—to find those who are worthy of God’s peace and to teach them his ways of peace. Soon, in God’s due time, the preaching commission will be successfully completed. “Then the end will come.”—Matthew 10:12, 13; 24:14; 28:19, 20.

It looks like we are getting close to the end of this wicked system but we don't stop preaching till Jehovah specifically tells us to stop. As Vot said many sincere ones are turning to the truth. Who knows how many more will respond. I saw a lot of new one's just at our memorial last week.

Still it will come exactly when Jehovah has determined and not one second before or after. Right on time.

Also when the great tribulation begins there won't be any doubt that it is here. Things are getting worse. The earthquakes being just one part of the sign ARE getting more and more frequent and intense. But when it gets going it will be obvious to all and especially to God's people who have been closely examining God's word and obeying His righteous commands.

Personally I'm anticipating the end every second of the day or night. It's just around the corner.

(2 Peter 3:9-10) Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance. Yet Jehovah’s day will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a hissing noise, but the elements being intensely hot will be dissolved, and earth and the works in it will be discovered.

(Habakkuk 2:3) For [the] vision is yet for the appointed time, and it keeps panting on to the end, and it will not tell a lie. Even if it should delay, keep in expectation of it; for it will without fail come true. It will not be late.

Jehovah has the time set, and we know from what Jesus gave as the signs of the end of this system of things have been seen.

The signs of religion being turn against on by the nations is becoming more prominent. (Revelation 17:16, 17) Religion is seen as a problem because of the bloodguilt it has been responsible for over the centuries.

I agree with Suzy, Babylon the Great has too fall, she is starting to crumble. Also literal earthquakes seem to be happening more frequently, and natural disasters of all sorts. I truly believe the Great

Tribulation is beginning or has already began. This generation coming up is going to be the most godless one on the earth thus far. Like the days of Noah.

I agree with Vot. Consider that last year there were still over 10,000 members of the annointed still on earth. And that last year about 10 million interested ones attended the memorial along with the 7 Million publishers. I certainly hope it's not time just yet. I have family members I'm working on and am real close.

Not at all. The great tribulation has to happen first and Babylon the Great has to fall.

Jesus and his first resurrected will resurrect the dead back 6000 yrs to Abel who died year 130, all possible is saved into eternal life in new heavens and on new earth, 1Cor. 15: 22-28,51-53(first fruits first, Rev.14:1-6,7), Rev.20:1-6,7-10, for the 1000 year reign with Satan in the pit until all is made as new as before Eden, Rev.21:1-5; 2Pet.3:13. 1Thes.5:1-9,21,22. Matt.24:3,7,14,15,21-24,34,36, God give all but day and hour, that he alone knows. Time considered or time not considered, God's will, will be done on earth as it is in heaven, in his holy name.
