Haye's main weaknesses (in my opinion):
Chin/durability: Haye is the first to admit he isn't the toughest guy, Haye has been down a few times before even at Cruiserweight. He doesn't have a glass jaw but it's an obvious vulnerability he has to be careful to protect when he fights.
Stamina: Haye knocks people out, he has rarely fought more than a couple of rounds per fight as his punching power usually ends them. This was most pronounced against Carl Thompson (his only loss), he had Carl hurt and expanded a lot of energy to get rid of him, Carl pulled through and stopped an exhausted Haye in round 5. Haye has improved in this department since then, but i think there is still a slight question mark under it nonetheless.
In-ring discipline: Haye has a tendency to go all out when he has an opponent hurt. At times he can hit opponents with rabbit punches or hit them when they are down, which can result in point deductions or a possible disqualification.
Hands too low: Haye doesn't have a defense problem per se - just this aspect of it. Haye can slip and dodge most punches and is quick enough to move out of the way of combos. However, It wouldn't hurt for him to put his hands up when backed against the ropes against big punchers, especially considering his shaky chin.

Dave above me knows Hayemaker better than I, but I think Hayemaker has to improve his stamina and defense.
He cannot eat the Klitchkos jabs.
Hayemaker is a poor man's Ali. He is not conceited; he is convinced.
