Really can't tell.
If you disregard air resistance, they will both hit the ground at the same time. But an airplane depends on air resistance, so we know it is present.
air resistance adds a drag that depends on the mass/weight of the object, and also on it's shape. The unknown shape makes the answer not knowable.
For example, take a 100 pound weight with a parachute, and a 50 pound weight without one. The lighter object hits the ground first.
