You don't have 3.37 gears, there is no such gear set available for the Ford 8.8 inch. If it's stock it has 3.08 gears. 3.27's are available but not worth getting since they cost the same as 3.73's or 4.10s
Basically you have exhaust and a CAI. You're nowhere near 310. I'd guesstimate 230-235ish at the flywheel.

i'll give you a dyno estimate, not flywheel. baseline dyno for your car is likely 190hp. cold air intake an TB equals 7=197. msd ignition, guessing wires and plugs too equals 4=201. assuming your headers are 1 and 5/8 shorties, and you do have mufflers, equals 10=211. dont go by the catalogs you read. the more intake work you do, the more power you get from the headers, etc. also, im just giving you an estimate. usually on a manual, you must subract at least 10 percent in HP driveline loss. throttle bodies dont do anything unless your matching the mm size with the intake port on your manifold. also, is the MAM stock? 211 dyno equals roughly 235hp or so at the fly.

94 almost everything still factory, ignition doesnt really do anything, headers its more of noise and show, throttle body helps but not as much as u think, and intake helps some again not as much as u think.
To really get more out of the car using the word i see you like a lot "aftermarket" is not all good and not all bad though always do your research for one. (not knocking your aftermarket thing just gotta know how to do it right)
But to really get more hp from your car u need to look into more of the smaller complex things like the valves, boring it out, rocker arms and rods, cam and crank, certain exhaust helps but thats a research deal, getting more air AIR AIR AIR is ur best friend but u have to make sure ur engine, and valve train can handle all of that, make sure ur injectors are sending enough fuel to the cylinders to. Got to teak it just right so that ratio is good.
DONT just get bigger badder "aftermarket" camshaft. those are designed more for higher RPMs continuously. If you buy something like that you have to(better off to should say) adjust everything and buy bigger those to so that the cam u bought works like u want to it.
But if u want to do get 310hp u can but u got to put more into it then u are/have. Do some time thinking, planning, and helping your engine adjust to it.
One of those u take the time and give it some TLC in engine work it will be great to u back. you know the saying "u get what u pay for" well this is one that "you get what u put into it" work hard for it, the car WILL work hard for you as long as u treat it right.
Cars are female, have to find out what it likes, dislikes, can handle, and TLC, u treat it like **** it will let u know u did.

i really like 5.0s i might get one when i get my 2008 gt paid off lol good luck i hope you find out more info about your cars power i would tell you if i knew sorry. but im good at guessing :)

You will be very lucky to net 240 at the wheels in current trim.

How about you ask your car? Maybe if you caress the exhaust pipe a bit it'll let you know.
