Why didn't I get my 500 Intervention Headshot title?
It says i completed the challenge, but I didn't get the title. I only have the 250 headshot one.

I'm not exactly sure but I think in order to get the title you need to prestige. Sorry I know that was a lot of hard work. However if there are other titles that you want here is a link to a walkthrough on how to get all titles and emblems online. http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Callsigns
