Healthy cold treats for this warm weather?
It's getting hot outside and I'm trying to loose weight. Do you know any good treats that will cool us down? Homemade or to buy at the store.

Grapes, rinsed, allowed to dry and then frozen. My favorite hot weather treat.
You can also mix fruit juice with flavored water and freeze as pops...or just the fruit juice but the dilution cuts the calories in half...

mix crystal light packages into water and make cool cups...just pour liquid in a plastic or Styrofoam cup and freeze. grab one and go!
You can also make ice cubes.
