I have a jeep liberty and today the rear window was down. Also, the door will not open.?

The window was down when I got to my jeep. I tried to roll it up (it's electric), but nothing happened. Although it made a sound. Then I tried to open the door, but it wouldn't open. The lock will unlock, but the door is still latched. All the other windows and doors are fine. What could it be?

It could be the wire harness that operates the window. Have the dealer check it, he will let you know if that is the problem and you fix it yourself.

It has not something to do with baby risk-free practices. this is basically the way the motor vehicle is designed. take a seem on the exterior of your rear door. If the rear wheel arch intrudes into the backside of the door, then there is no way the window is going to roll down into that comparable area. the only reason automobiles have baby risk-free practices locks on the rear doorways is because of the fact this is remitted with the aid of the U. S. Federal government.
