A good website to help build a website?

The are no adverts on Yola.com either and you can build your whole website for free if you like.

There are so many ways of building a web site but what you need to understand is that a domain name and a website are not necessarily the same. First you cannot get domain names free, not TLD's any way (.coms) You can get a free co.cc name http://www.co.cc/

Then you need to know if the site you are going to build with allows you to use this name. you will not get all the features by your choice but Google has given so many inbuilt function that you don't need any thing else.

1. If you know programming then use any tools like dream-weaver, or even Notepad to code and i believe i don't need to tell you then.

2. If you have some basic knowledge of internet and the web technology then you can either use Microsoft front page or even you can create a page in word etc and save it as HTML (web page) and then upload it to any hosting server. 3. You can use any website designing tools like Incomedia WebSite X5 v8 - Evolution which creates website in a few clicks with a professional touch. (its not free)

Regarding your own domain, you can always buy a domain name and point to the hosting server or Google site to avoid the www.example.domain.com.

well i'll answer the 2nd part first, the answer would be NO you cant have a free website..

since there is montly or yearly charge to have your own website eg www.example.com

there is hundreds of website hosting out there. that offer hosting of a website but as i said there is a charge involved.
