I know this hasn't been scientifically proven yet but what are your guys' opinion on what the puropse of dreams are

to bring out your unconscious self or to make you realize what you're thinking or feeling or what's bothering you. they can also symbolize what's currently going on in your life or even things that may have happened in the past. dreams can symbolize your entire life and evoke your inner being.

some say dreams actually have no purpose.
others say dreams keep you sane, somehow.
im not sure of the answer but i love dreams.

an organization of your conscious and subconscious thoughts. Your brain "organizes" as you sleep.
