What is the Obama administration going to use to use to replace "Islamic radicalism" in foreign policy?

The Obama administration is going to replace the "Bush Doctrine" language that refers to "Islamic radicalism". He feels that it is too harsh and offends the vast majority of peaceful Muslims. It's not coming out for some time, so let's speculate what will replace it.

Yes, my crystal ball is broken too. Just trying to give them some ideas that they can use.

Check out this news article for details.

Update:

JW.

Obviously you haven't heard of a 'trial balloon'. The 'leak' is nothing but a ploy to get public opinion about a controversial issue. All presidents use the 'leak' this way.

Next we'll hear about a poll about what the public feels about the issue. If it isn't too bad, then the O-Team will go with a substantial (I almost said radical, but I didn't want to make such a obvious pun) change. If it gets hammered, it will be a minor change.

So, suppose that the story is legit. What would you change it to?

Ah, political correctness rears its ugly head again. The day that those billion Muslims one person referenced speaks out against their fellow Muslims that are murdering innocent people around he World on a daily basis then I might agree with change the wording and dropping Islamic Radicalism.

If the head of home land security has her way Islamic Radicalism will be replaced American Combat Vets.

Why would you want to alienate the 1B or more muslims worldwide who've done no harm to you by using inflammatory language? Don't you think the US could use some friends in the world? The "Bush Doctrine" calling some nations home for islamic radicalism is ridiculous when you know that the most radical brutal islamic state is Saudi, home of Bush's kissing buddy the king. Get real.

    Nothing.

"Also, Obama advisers who are rewriting a document spelling out the country's national security strategy plan to leave out references to "Islamic radicalism," counterterrorism officials said. They spoke on condition of anonymity because the document is still being written and is weeks away from release. Currently, the document declares: "The struggle against militant Islamic radicalism is the great ideological conflict of the early years of the 21st century."

You are accepting as fact the words of "anonymous officials" talking about a "document that is still being written" ...and the document still says "militant Islamic radicalism."

Show me hard facts and we can talk. Not an article that is as close to something from a supermarket tabloid as you can get.

When Obama is done there will be no such thing as terroism... We'll just use a euphemism for them.
