When tuning a car involves changing the, what other modifications should be made to the car?

Update:

Now that is the kinda nswer I was expecting

sorry, I meant involves changing the engine, I wrote on my iPhone and it kinda goes slow while typing in this script for sone reason

    spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, condensor, filters, air/fuel mixture, idle speed, fast idle speed, choke, ignition timing.

    Depending on the car.

    Some cars just need to change the spark plugs.
