NRL: Fantasy Head to Head League for Y!A?
I was considering starting a Head to Head League for this section on the Fox Sports Fantasy NRL site. For people currently in the existing Y!A Classic League on Fox Sports, it would be simply a case of joining it once it was created. It would also allow new players to join and not be at a disadvantage due to starting late.
Would anybody be interested in being a part of this?
Exactly. It's not that different and it would take very little to setup and minimal effort for those people already in the Fox Sports one to join. Given that you can join a maximum of 10 leagues and it would a fire and forget thing, I reckon it would be a good idea.
If you're not interested that's cool. I'm not in a head to head league, so if there isn't enough interest I'll look for one to join rather than starting one up.
The Head to Head league has been setup on Fox Sports NRL Fantasy. People already in the Classic League on Fox Sports, check the Classic League forum for the joining code.
Anyone who is interested in joining that isn't already in the Classic League will need to message me for the joining code.
As for how the Head to Head league works, an automatic draw is generated and teams face each other week to week. A team scoring more points that their opponent for that week will score 3 points with 1 point each being allocated in case of a draw. This is followed by a knockout round during the finals.
For people already playing, how you manage your team shouldn't change. You don't have to do any extra work other than signing up.

I'm keen, am really enjoying this fantasy game - don't know anything about the head to head games but I'm sure I'll figure it out.

the head to head league is exactly the same as the one we are already in, the only difference is once a week they "match you up against" someone already on there whose score you can see anyway, you can do it if you want, but i'm already in 2 leagues that's enough for me
