There is an easy way and better choice, sansa support mp3, you need a software to rip music cd to right sansa fuze audio formats, you can try RZ Audio Converter, it can rip cd musics then save as any audio files, such as mp3 etc, then you can add the mp3 songs into sansa fuze. you can yahoo or google search and download rz audio converter, easy to use, hope it can help you.
