It's not nasty. The song is about a girl who has a boyfriend -- a relatively new boyfriend, at that. She makes it aware to the boyfriend that she doesn't have any plans. The boyfriend doesn't ask her out or anything, so she goes out partying at a club. She's trying to have a good time, but the boyfriend (who she is now finding out is very clingy) won't stop calling and texting her! She's saying, "Stop telephoning me!" Because the boyfriend won't leave her alone and it's hindering her when she needs to have a good time.
Also, the song itself doesn't make much sense, because a telephone refers to the phones that are hooked up, and a cell phone is what she's being called on. :)

Basically, she's saying that her boyfriend knew she was free and he didn't try to make any plans with her, thinking that she's dependent on him and won't do anything that night. But, when he finds out she's not dependent on him and goes out to have fun with her girlfriends at a club, he keeps calling her, but she doesn't want to answer.

It's about a girl on a night out with her girlfriends, and her boyfriend calling her all the time to check up on her. She just wants to enjoy herself and wants her boyfriend to leave her alone.
