How is it that America is TRILLIONS of dollars in debt, yet America has so called done nothing but work toward?

Good question. They just keep on spending...pretty soon, inflation is going to hit, and you're going to wake up and find out your dollar is worth half of what it is now. Now is not the time for Congress to be spending billions on ridiculous things that are NOT necessities. They need to be working on getting out of debt...for the sake of everyone. They just don't seem to be getting that message.

Its like if you get a knife lodged in you. You are going to have to pull it out, but pulling it out is going to hurt a lot and its gonna require a lot of bandages before you can stop the bleeding. There is no magical way to pull it out and watch it heal instantly with no bleeding. That is just the reality of things. You can't fix some of the problems our country has without money. No one wants to have their taxes raised, because its not their fault, but then we all complain when the government doesn't have a means to deal with our problems (and the government is not just the president it includes our congress too). And technically all economic problems should be state issues. States are supposed to be able to fund them selves and bail them selves out but we now look to the federal government to bail us out and then complain about it having to much influence over state affairs. Make up your mind and stick to your convictions. You cant take the money and then complain about it!

The fact is we spend more than we take in taxes. The Democrats have created new social programs designed to steal more tax dollar from the working people to give to the moochers.

Government Greed, plain and simple. Mainstreet people didn't spend it, they get robbed every minute of every day to support the thieves in office.

because Obama and the other people in office are selfish and stupid. it wont get better until we get all of these whack jobs out of office in November. and the unemployment rate is just going to get higher.
