Contract with www.mobiles.co.uk?
My mobile phone contract is due up in a month and I've been looking for a new deal. There are some really good value for money ones on www.mobiles.co.uk but they are with either so many months free line rental or 1/2 price line rental. I've read up on how to get the money back but it seems a bit of a hassle having to send away your bill every few months so I was wondering does anyone have a contract with this company and gets the 1/2 or free line rental by redemption and if so how easy is it, or is it just more hassle?

In general, unless you are a very organised person, you should give redemption contracts a miss. It only works for you if you submit your bills in a certain small time frame every 3 months or so and if you miss even one, you lose your redemption. You need to keep track of the time frames and it is not easy if you are a busy person. The companies that offer redemption packages are not daft; they make their money because 85% of people don't get their bills in within the small time frames and therefore end up paying a lot more money for their contracts than someone not on a redemption contract.
