Pixi makeup??? Worth it or not?

I'm looking on hautelook.com and they have a Pixi Eye Beauty Kit in No 15 Blue Energy, and I was wondering if it's worth buying. It has really pretty colors and it's only $8.50. But it's non returnable and I don't wanna waste my money (I know it's only $8.50, but hey money is money). So, if anyone has tried it, can you please tell me if it's good or not. I'm mainly concerned on whether or not it's pigmented. I don't want the black/grey to be the same shade as the pearl white. So, if anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it :)

    go test it out at your local Target first! i think their beauty section has the pixi line

    i have heard of pixie eye beauty and my friends say its great, for only $8.50 its worth a try aniway :)
