How do I save a ringtone to my Motorola W175g Tracfone? Yes, I know it's a cheap phone but it was free.?

I'm trying to save a British phone ringtone. When I open the message to read it there is no options or save category. My choices are: delete, move to SIM, Call back, reply, forward, lock, store, delete all, create message, or setup. I'm usually not this helpless but this has me stumped. Instruction book is no help. Can you help an old lady out here, guys?
