Nothing wrong, if you were exercising and your body hurts after that it's because when you exercise you rip your muscles actually and that causes them to grow.

That means that you have had a successful workout. Your body's muscle during your work out is ripping. During your rest period (which is the next day), your body heals the ripped muscles. When they are being healed, that's when they get big or toned. Its normal. There's nothing wrong with your legs.

Those pain that you feel are the muscles that were ripped and now they are healing.

It could also mean that you worked out the wrong way and you stretched a muscle out, which isn't good. When that happens, your leg or whatever muscle you worked out will hurt a lot.

But most likely from the description you gave us, it's normal that you feel like that.

normal stuff, its caused by lactic acids released in your muscles after working out. rest a while, but keep up the same pace and you wont be sore after the next few times you exercise.

it's called 'Recovering'. Your MUSCLE fibers are rebuilding themselves after being torn from the exercises. Ever hear someone say no pain no gain? technically...if you don't feel sore after a workout you didn't push your muscles to the limit.

That is normal, also a good sign your doing things right.
