IM STUCK ON 2.2.1 BECAUSE IM TOO CHEAP TO BUY HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS FOR THE HOUSE. i CAN NOT UPDATE TO 3.0 BECAUSE I HAVE DIAL UP INTERNET SERVICE AND APPLE WONT MAIL ME A DISC AS REQUESTED.

iPhone 3G is an "ok" telephone. iPhones are, for my area, the perfect telephones on the industry. If achieveable, i could recommend getting iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. they're greater advantageous than the 3G because of the fact they run greater of the cool apps, you could video with them, use voice operated apps, and seem swifter than the 3G.

There is no offically way to tether and you must jailbreak your phone to tether unless your on firmware 3.0. What's your current firmware?
