Should I take algebra II online while taking a Pre-Cal school course next year?
I'm currently a sophomore in geometry (honors). Next year I'm supposed to be taking Algebra 2, but everyone tells me the teacher doesn't know what she's doing and she gives a ridiculously hard project in the beginning of the year. So I'm thinking about taking that online, starting in the summer through the fall, and move up to pre-calculus as my actual school course at the same time. Do you think I should just stick to algebra 2 or advance? I get straight A's but I need to work very hard for them.

It really depends if you are good in math where you can figure it out on your own which if you choose to take take it online do so but if you think you will need the teacher help take it on campus. Do not be scared of the work there is always going to be that teacher that may not know what she is taking about or gives hard assiments for project and you will have to face that problem with another teacher or possibly a boss. That is what i would do.
Hope this helps you

It depends on how your school is set-up. My school I had to go Alg 1,Geometry, Alg 2, Pre-Cal (Pre-AP), and then AP CALC. If you could take Pre-Cal, it will be useful for Calc AP. Also Pre-Cal covers a lot of trig identites that is needed in Calculus.
