Regarding an AT&T account, how can I access my account?

I can't remember my password to neither my myWireless account nor my email that I registered with... I'm trying to find out if I am eligible for an updgrade... If there is another way to check this please list it

    Just call them. Give them a quick call and they can give you the email you used to sign up, it only takes about five minutes.

    Go to an AT&T store they should be able to find out that information for you.
