Pell grants for summer classes?
I'm currently a full-time student, and have been for two years at a local community college. After hearing about pell grant paying for summer classes, I called my schools financial aid office. Pell funds will now pay for summer courses. I know the amount I recieve will be based on the total number of credit hours I register for, but wIll the summer funds be deducted out of my fall semester funds?

Due to recent changes in federal regulations, students are now eligible for an additional full semester of Pell Grant funding for Summer 2010. Students will be paid this additional Pell Grant based on 2009-2010 eligibility.
This funding is available to all Pell-eligible students. Please note that students who received full funding Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 must be enrolled in a minimum of six units Summer 2010 to be eligible.
Students who did not use their full first award during Fall 2009/Spring 2010 may receive a combined first and second Pell award for Summer 2010 based on number of units enrolled.
I pasted that from email I got from my colleges financial aid dept. so that should explain everything
