1.George Washington 2. Abraham Lincoln 3. Franklin Delano Roosevelt 4. James K. Polk 5. Theodore Roosevelt worst 1. James Buchanan 2. Franklin Pierce 3. Andrew Johnson 4.Herbert Hover 5. Warren Harding. Why I picked George Washington for the best president is because he served as Commander and chief of the Continental army in the revolutionary war, and he turned around and became president of the united states of America. His accomplishments were not choosing a side between England or France in the French revolution I think one of the reasons he didn't want choose a side is because France just helped the Americans in the revolutionary war, and why Washington didn't want to fight the british is because he didn't want to damage the relationship even more, he probably wanted to restore friendship with the british. Another thing George Washington did was stopping the whiskey rebellion. Why I chose James Buchanan as the worst president is because the actions he took predeceasing the civil war. I know people will disagree with me but in my opinion James Buchanan just sat there while the union flew apart.

1 - Abraham Lincoln: was the best executive

2 - George Washington: he was an imposing figure that led the colonies to victory in the American Revolution. He chose his cabinet wisely.

3 - Harry Truman: he was a little known person who rose to the awesome task of ending the biggest war in history. He had intestinal fortitude to fire the most popular general from WWII, Douglas MacArthur when he refused to obey an order that Truman gave him, during the Korean War.

    4. Franklin Roosevelt: He literally worked himself to death to win WW II. He gave people hope during the depths of the depression.

    5. Thomas Jefferson: He had the best mind to ever occupy the White House.

1 - James Buchanan - He was incapable of action at the most important time in US history

2 - Andrew Johnson: He couldn't comprehend the importance of the Reconstruction following the Civil War.

3 - Franklin Pierce - Slavery was tearing the nation apart, and he watched as Congress (the Senate) was tearing itself apart, over the question of slavery.

    4 - Millard Fillmore: He was a whinger - I can't stand whinger.

5 - William Henry Harrison: He didn't know enough to get in out of the rain.

    In my own personal opinion:

    Top 5:

    1) Lyndon Johnson- Did a lot to help poor people and the civil rights movement. I know he made huge mistakes regarding Vietnam, but still, he was an overall great president.

    2) Woodrow Wilson- Even though they never passed, I admire his Fourteen Points. Plus, I think he did a good job of handling the American domestic policies during his age.

    3) Theodore Roosevelt- Even better than Wilson in domestic policies, but he is lower on the list for me because of his Imperialist policies.

    4) Abraham Lincoln- Do I even really have to say why?

    5) George Washington- Overall, he was a great president. Did a good job of making sure that this country got off to a solid start.

Bottom 5 (1 being the absolute the worst):

    1) James Buchanan- South Carolina. Enough said.

    2) Warren Harding- Maybe the most incompetent man to take the presidency.

    3) Andrew Johnson- Just a huge mess.

    4) Franklin Pierce- One of the many presidents who did nothing to save America from the impending Civil War.

    5) Hebert Hoover- Made mistakes right before and during the Great Depression.

First, he became into affected by Alzheimer's ailment so the question is greater precise to ask 5 motives Nancy Reagan became into the worst president in historic previous. 2nd, he somewhat wasn't certainly the worst president in US historic previous. i think of Andrew Johnson became right into a strategies worse. Reagan ought to of been greater desirable with the financial gadget on the time yet he became into an actor, and curiously did not obtain any preparation in Economics. He did act like he understand what he became into doing ok.
