how to block someone from using my network?

My roommate bought a wireless router, I have a modem. And now she can tap into my Network, we are not on the best speaking terms and what she did was very sneaky. I want to block her and anyone else from using tapping into my network.

Update:

sorry for not explaining better. I have a modem where my laptop is connected, it is through the cable company, the bill is on my name, we had agreed to share the bill, she has never paid me after repeatedly asking, now i found out she bought a wireless router because I removed her from sharing the modem. The landlord wants her to leave but thts a seperate matter. She still had my password from before. I dont want a confrontation, how to stop her from tapping her from using me basically.

You are mistaken dear. The fact that she has a wireless router does not enable her to access your network unless her router is connected to your modem.*

Edit: If the router is connected to your modem you can either change the passphrase or key code, or you can enable mac filtering in your routers configuration blocking her computer and anyone elses who's mac address is not listed as allowed.

You sound like a moron because you're not making any sense.

I'm assuming she got on your computer?

Then go to your control panel then network settings and put them on private
