Why do you have a pet (logical and sentimental reasons)?

Aside from the; pets are comforting, and sweet, and joyful.

Here's why;

We have two cats because we originally got them when my sister and I were very young to help "teach us some mild responsibility."

We have a dog because we felt more comfortable having a dog who barked and warned us when there was someone coming near our house.

My sister and I both have pets, her Cockatiels and I ferrets, to show our parents that we're responsible and can handle another life.

I have pets to keep me busy and because i love animals. If you are thinking of getting a pet a leopard gecko is the way to go if you want something easy. If you dont care about the amount of work get a dog. if you like something that will curl up next to you and is not to hard to take care of get a cat. if you want a rodent get a guinea pig if you dont mind the smell. Hamsters bite but they are cute and easyer than guinea pigs. fish can be a pain in the butt but if you dont mind cleaning a gross tank once a month thats what you could do. so depending on the person it could be sentimental or logical. It depends on the kind of person you are.

They make me happy and it's so funny watching my rabbit's binky.

They make me laugh and smile and the time passes quite fast when I'm with them.

I feel proud and responsible because I have to look after them, it's like they're sort of like my child - I feed them, play with them, clean their space, brush them... etc

yeah i have a beautiful rabbit :) i love her so much shes so loving towards me an di dont now what i would do with out her.

i love having pets they make your life so happy and are always happy to see you :) x
