Is it illegal to drive my truck with out a front bumper?
I have a 67 Chevy C10 pick up and would like to remove the bumper and install a front roll pan.
Are there any laws in Cleveland Ohio that would stop me from doing this?

As far as I know, the roll pan is a bumper, because if you hit something that will hit before the frame will. As long as your frame is not the first point of contact, you should be fine.
The law is in the eye of the law enforcement officer though, if you get pulled over, they can take the meaning how ever they'd like.

I don't think so as long as you've got working headlights and your tag is visable.
