What is this bug no picture?

I found quite a few tiny lady bug looking insects on a mattress in my house. They are not bed bugs they do not fit the description. they are brown black and white. I believe they may have wings that open like a lady bug and their body body is shaped like one too. They have six legs and antenna. They are much smaller though. Please help.

Might be carpet beetles, the larva look kinda like tiny fuzzy caterpillars and the adults are fairly ladybug-looking with a really intricate squiggly pattern on the wings. The larvae do the damage, so if you only see adults u might be ok.
