If she bites his package?

I'd be real careful of punching her while she was still 'on your package' and biting it..

or you might just not have a package to deliver with anymore...

The timing would be the key here.. as to when the bite occurred, and when the 'punch' occurred..

If the punch occurred during the bite, it would most likely be considered a reflex - defensive action.. but you risk some 'serious damage' from her own 'reflex - defensive actions that would surely follow...

If it occurred after she has bitten you, then the 'danger' no longer exists and it would most likely be considered a double assault.. Her for biting you, and you for punching her..

If she is into biting packages, I'd suggest you don't go to work for Fed-Ex.... You'll probably loose your job, among other things... LOL

Your package belongs to you and she is not allowed to touch it unless you give her permission to touch it. She already knows how painful it can be if she attacks your package. If she touches it and does something to it that gives you pain then punching her was the only way for you to defend you. Case close. lol

from a girls stand point I would say from a legal stand point it prob is considered self defense, but didnt your mom ever tell you not to hit a girl !!!!!

relationship, family life, etc. are not the same as boxing. it has 12 rounds and time limits.
