If you were to get drunk in a country where the drinking limit is under 21, and went to the states and were still over the limit, could they arrest you for underage drinking even though you did not do the drinking in the states.

Not only arrest you, but put you in prison for 2 years, until you are 21! #

ya i lived i buffalo ny most of my life and the legal age there is 19 and they party there and come back and they are subject to the laws in the place there in.just like i no people who went to other countries where they have hash houses and they came back bragging and the boss orderd them for a employee drug screening and they were let go for testing positive for drug use.thats why it would be a nightmere to legalize pot in places.they almost legalized it in nevada and it only lost by like 10 percent and would it be legal here on the jobg and what if you took some home.
