would you get your makeup done at mac or ulta?

I would go to the place with the best makeup artists and customer service. I can't stress this enough. Go to your local mac store. Go to your local ulta. Talk to the girls, and get a feel of who you like better. Every makeup artist at each store is going to be different. I can't tell you to go to one place or the other because of a positive or negative experience I had at one place or another because unless you go to the exact same store and interact with the same people, you're going to have a different experience. Don't get swept up in this mac cult following. People have a tendency to look down on ulta. A brand name is not going to make your experience automatically better. Makeup is about you first! When you go to prom, people are going to talk about how beautiful you look. No one is going to know if your makeup is mac or if its from ulta. So please take my advice and have fun at prom!

I would say MAC, but you have to spend $50 on products in order to get a free makeover. But either of those places i'm sure would do a great job on makeup.

I would try Ulta bcuz it is cheaper and i heard MAC foundatin makes people break out.
