multiple accounts abuse?

I am currently being targeted by a person with a grudge who has multiple accounts, She is using these multiple accounts to give all my answers thumbs downs and elevate her own answers by giving herself thumbs ups. She is easy to spot in all my answers as she is the one with lots of thumbs ups ( despite the differing names she is using ) where I am the one with at least 5 or more thumbs downs. My answers are sound and valid.

She also votes for herself. Why ? Because she sent me an extremely abusive message last year and was punished by yahoo and now is back but with multiple accounts and a grudge against me.

What does this acchieve for her ? She can get best answer for herself in all the names she is currently using. I have identified the accounts she is using. She will quickly elevate herself to top contributor in all the names she is using and she us able to ruin my reputation and good standing.

So, my question is...........what can be done about this kind of abuse when you get no answers from Yahoo staff ?

Update:

I have contacted yahoo staff by all the ways you have suggested and I get no replies.

Update 2:

Thumbs down affect the way the person asking the question views the value of your answer. The thumbs ups and voting the multiple account user is giving themselves ultimately gives that person best answer and elevates them quickly to top contributor where they are seen rightly or wrongly as a valuable advisor . They also ask a question in one identity and answer themselves in another.

To say the thumbs ups/downs mean nothing is actually naive in the case of a person acting maliciously using multiple IDs.

There is not much you can do. The thumbs up/down mean nothing, really, except how you feel about them. The TC badge means nothing either, really, except to make you a target. Your reputation should be based on the quality of your answers, not on how many thumbs you have in which direction, or what badge you carry.

First, I'd suggest you block any of her accounts you recognize. Then, if she starts reporting you, be sure that when you appeal, you say that you are being stalked by a multiple account troll. This will lay the groundwork for an appeal if you end up being suspended.

In the meantime, if her answers are violations, report them.

You have made a cardinal sin. You have launched an attack on an individual. I will not help you by reporting. I will tell you to report this guy and use the box provided as I believe they are read by humans and not computer. You have him and the proxies by the short and curlies in another way. They are speaking in a foreign language on an English speaking site.

it's only yahoo answers, if she wants to down thumb you, let her. if you seem to be annoyed, she will only do it more. let her down thumb each of your comments untill her hearts content. :)
