How do i get over a broken heart?

your the only one, sister .

well sometimes its good to cry it out .

or pick up on somethings that went wrong in the relationship and feed off that.

or other way around think of some good things and feed off of that.

Go out with some friends, see a movie have a good time.

eat some ice cream , or any junk food a just pig out for the night alone or with friends.

and my favorite , go for a walk some where peaceful and wright in a book, write down all our thoughts and keep them to yourself and read them years later.

i really hope you feel better about this guy, because there are many fish in the sea and i imagine you are still young, and we are just experimenting right now, and sooner or later we all will have the perfect guy, not everyone is right for yo.

i see this issue the other way if you will not mind me,question, would you mind getting back with him no matter how worst the situation i mean if you still feel strong for him but if not do not bother just move on with your live,go partying,clubbing,visit places,meet new friends if you are the kind.

but if you want to make up with him this information is resourceful.

You could find another person to distract you or you could find something to do that will keep you busy so you won't think about it. But other than that you just have to wait. Time will heal all wounds.
