nope,...its useless, and you can't use it mate.. Cause most of the P4HT with 2.8* till 3.0* processors are using Socket 478, if i'm not wrong.. :) And all the Intel Core2Duo's are using the Intel Socket 775. It's all big different pin number and layout on the motherboard. I'm suggest that you should buy new Processor that exactly match with you motherboard specification, read the manual book for more info. Good luck..
