I am looking to buy an iPod touch?

Question

I am looking to buy an iPod touch. I have about 450-500 songs on my iPod and one 2 1/2 hour movie. Also, with the iPod touch i was looking to get a fair amount of apps. What amount of GB should i get??
(Keeping in mind money of course) Any feedback or comments on the iPod touch would also be appreciated. Thanks

The 32GB option will be your best bet.  8 is too low, and if you get the 8, you won't be able to multitask when they release 4.0 this summer.

We just splurged on a 32G. It's so much more than I thought it would be. It does internet anywhere there's wireless. The apps, even the free ones are amazingly fun. I have thousands of songs on mine and a couple of movies. It's about 2/3 full. I was just going to get the basic one, but I was tired of always needing to delete songs to put more in. Now I don't even have to worry about it. 

All I can say is that this is one piece of technology that really lived up the hype.

One thing...

It scratches really easily. I just got a rubbery cover for it that was for sale at Best Buy. It was the one rated most highly on their site. I just can't remember what it's called, It's black with blue stripes on the back though. It fit perfectly and everything functioned right after we put it on.

no considering the fact that its 2nd hand, perhaps broken however the think of is, 8gb fee £a hundred and forty in england and that with sixteen ur no longer gonna use all 16gb so getting a 8gb a hundred and forty could save u alot of money

16gb i have an 8gb and have about 400 songs and a lot of apps but i do nt have any more room gotta start  DELETING   bummer :-((((((((((((((((((
