Most country's around the world have either a president or a prime minister, and sometimes both. Countries like Saudi Arabia have monarchy's where the royal family governs. Others, such as Great Britain, Denmark, and others have monarchies, but also have a secular government that controls affairs of state.

For the most part. Some countries have leaders, but they are called something different (Prime Minister, Ayatollah, etc). Some places, like Puerto Rico, do not have a president, but are governed by a different country (the US in PR's case). Other places, such as indian reservations, don't really have a system of government like many countries do.
