I just started the pill. How long does it take to get your period?
So I just started taking birth control, and I took the first sugar pill one without any hormones last night at 10 pm and it's 10 pm now. I was wondering how long it will be before I start my period? Is it strange to not start the first day? I've never done this before so any advise would be great:) Thanks!

Don't worry it'll come! This is your first time taking it, so your body is just adjusting. As long as you start your period during the sugar pills (mine always comes on the 3rd sugar pill), then theres nothing to worry about. Unless you've been having unprotected sex,and then it may be a sign of pregnancy, because the pill doesn't protect you until you've been taking it for at least one month.
