Has anyone been to Shades of Hope eating disorder center?

I struggled with anorexia and bulimia for years before getting help. I have now been in recovery for 3 years. I can't imagine being where I am now without my time at Shades of Hope. The therapists there are incredible - many of them are in recovery from eating disorders or other addictions. I really felt like my time at Shades gave me the tools I still put in use every single day. They believed in me when I could not. Going to Shades of Hope was probably the single best decision I ever made.
