Can someone give me an example of a successful nongovernmental organization in India and China?

i need some for India, and some for China, and a little bit about why they are thought to be successful , or just any NGOs in general.

but the thing is they have to be working on CORRUPTION. this is important to my paper

    Amnesty.

    They work to ensure that people are aware of human rights abuses.

    India has recently passed "Right to Information Act".

    There are many RTI activist groups...you will get enough of them if u google with 'RTI'.

    Also there is guy called "Anna Hazare" from Maharashtra state of india. He is major factor in controlling corruption at state level. You can search with his name as well.

    I am not sure if there is NGO with sole objective of fighting corruption.
