How do you get upgrades in Team Fortress 2?
Okay, so I'm just starting out on Team Fortress 2 and I've won a few upgraded weapons and stuff. But a lot of people have some pretty cool stuff. How do you receive upgraded weapons on Team Fortress Two? Also, if you could sort of explain the points and ranked servers system that would be great!

Hi I have TF2 and all the wepon and i till you this if u want to get the weapon u have to finsh achiviment every 10 achiviment give you 1 weapon put if u mean the new weapon (heavy choklate , ......)
it is a randome event go to any idel server and wait untel u get one.
