I need an optical output on my xbox elite but still need to use RCA video. How can I do this?

I recently bought the Turtle Beaches x41s. I don't want to use the RCA cables my xbox already has, otherwise I would just use the x31s. The problem is that I need an optical output on my elite, which it doesn't have. I could buy the hdmi adapter that has an optical output, but then I would be forced to use an HDMI which I can't since I'm still using an older television. How can I get an optical which still using RCA for video?

Thanks

Im sure I'm right in saying that if you get hold of a "Advanced AV Cable" for the Xbox 360 (its an official Microsoft Cable) that it comes with an optical audio port on it. Its a very good cable and gives one of the best standard definition pictures around, I used to use one before I upgraded to a HD TV.
