Is there any place in New Delhi where i can rent a pet dog?

I know this sounds strange but I want to hire (rent, or whatever I can call it) a pet just for a few hours. Preferably a pug.

Update:

My girlfriend is a big pug lover. We cannot keep a pet where we live, so I want to rent one so that she can spent some time with one.

    Beg a friend to lend you his/her pug for some time... There is no other way to this mate ;)
