My retromolar pads are starting to overlap my back tooth, it's swollen and painful.?

it started a few days ago. my retromolar pads (gum at the bottom at the back of your jaw) is swollen, red, painful and overlapping my tooth a bit so, I could lift it up a bit. I'm a bit worried, is this normal? is there any way to fix it?

Im 13, so I hope it's only what you said about the molar errupting, thanks :)

    If you are a kid, then its just your 2nd molar erupting

    If you are aged 16 to 25 years old, most probably your wisdom teeth are impacted and are partially erupted. The best way to cure that is to have your wisdom teeth surgically removed.
