How do I get my 15month old pomeranian to stop going to the toilet right next to the door?

I don't know how, but my puppy has learned to do her business right next to the door. She then jumps all in it, and jumps up on the door constantly. It makes a huge mess and it's gross, any suggestions??

Update:

my puppy stays outside and don't know how, but my puppy has learned to do her business right next to the door. She then jumps all in it, and jumps up on the door constantly. It makes a huge mess and it's gross, any suggestions??

Update 2:

ugh, well I don't how this thing works but yeh hahaha. thanks for your help. I will tell you a little bit more about my dog.

She lives outside, day and night, she sleeps in her little kennel and bed and she gets lots of cuddles and attension, I guess she jumps in her poop and wee next to the door because she always wants to come inside. I need her to stop making such a mess!

Take the puppy out very frequently. After every meal, after she plays, after she wakes up, after she's chewed on something, and any time she is near the door. When you are not home, keep her in a crate.

My dog used to pee on the floor every time we took her out. Do you crate her at all. We just told her to go in her house (crate) and leashed her in there. They usually won't pee where they sleep so this has worked amazingly well. I recommend that you leash her while she is in the crate. Good luck.

tie it in your bedroom this way it will be obliged to pee in there and not next to the door
