What happens if you play a card that uses both blue and green mana...?
and the card has protection from ONE of the 2 colors?
This just kinda hit me and I didn't really know what would happen.

If you play Terminate, a kill-spell which costs red and black mana, and you try to kill something that has protection from red, then the spell will have no effect. If a card has protection from any of the colors in a card, it is protected from that card entirely.
