Segregated proms, White and Black. How about other races?
I stumbled upon an article and a clip of a documentary(google:prom night in Mississippi) on segregated proms in Mississippi. Since it is now a rare and almost taboo event it's hard to find an answer for this particular question.
If it does still exist, the segregated means one "white prom" and one "black prom"... But how about the other races such as hispanics, asians etc? Where do they go?

01. I don't know about who is being segregated, but it's flat wrong.
02. In the 1960's, it finally took President Johnson to step in & get some law enforcement in the south to protect the rights of African Americans.
03. If local folks, school officials or law enforcement agency are either in agreement with segregation, or just ignorant, it does not matter. Time to get the Feds in to enforce laws. Make a lot of noise in the news. Distasteful behavior by adults. They should know better.
04. No human being should be discriminated against ethnically, racially, by gender or sexual orientation. It is also time, for people to step up to the plate & show their humanity toward LGBT, a very discriminated mass of the population. They have no prom either, and are of many ethnicities & races.
