Where does website code live?

I just want to go in and alter my title text. Where do I find it ? I've got passwords etc but I can't find it. Sounds stupid I know....... Frustrating tho' :-)

Hi thanks but i know how to 'view source', how do i edit it. And as for the ref to 'control panel', in what location ??

    Where did you host your domain from? Go to that site, login to your account and you will get the Control Panel. The control panel has the file manager which contains all the files on the server. Check the index.html or index.php file (or whatever the default extension is). Choose 'Code Edit' or 'HTML Edit' or something similar. Then you can change the page title from within the tag

    <title> Your Site Title </title>
