Hi Gatez,..That is an easy one,..1st, ypu need a waterproof, "pool",, of some sort, You can make this out of plastic sheeting,, available at lumberyards, in 4' x 8' sheets,.of about 1/4" thickness.1 sheet should suffice for the bottom, & 1 more sheet, could be cut into 4, 8' x 1' strips,..for the sides,..I would reccomend, that you build it onto a "base", of plywood, of between 1/2" & 3/4" thickness ,..& reccomend that you keep the base, off of the floor, by placeing, about 12 strips of wood, 4' long, under the base, Size is up to you So, now you have a "platform", on which to put the Sides of your pool. The pool, itself, should NOT take up the whole area of the base, but, leave some room, for a border around the pool, you can put decorative rocks, or whatever in this area. Use "corner brackets" of perhaps 6" on a side, screwed into the base to hold your sides in place,.& use them on any "right angles" where pieices of the pool walls meet, or use, those simple little metal strips, about 6" long, with holes in them, 1 on each side of the joint, held together by little bolts. The debth, & shape of the pool is up to you,..to seal the seams, you need some, rubber "contact cement' . Use this to glue a strip of cloth over all of the seams. To create a waterfall,..get one of thos little electric pumps, for "swamp coolers", That pretty much covers the techical part, The form of the waterfall is up to you You will want to decorate, this with rocks, or something,..You might want a little border, or framing around the bese. You could even put fish in it,..the sides could be clear plastic,..be sure to make it sturdy, with "LOTS" of corner brackets & glue, Of course, the whole thing can be smaller.. than I have discribed,..& test it, for leaks outside,..& have fun,.. total price, under $100.,..Of course you can make it both smaller & cheeper, by cutting down the sides of a plastic trash barrel,..the trick, is the swamp cooler pump, which will re-circulate your water,..

Indoor is impressive in case you have relatively chilly climate & your locked up in a house for 8 months. Ahem.. Like me for sure haha. yet i'm shifting to Arizona this August so I should not be complaining i assume. i like the solar so outdoors! :)
